Late Night Passages
Late night passages opening covers of the seaSink beneath deepening waves to glide asleep
Wander through the starry blue watery deep
Climbing down a frieze of coral tree's branching
Tributaries of ancient childhood dreams awake a spell
Perhaps the river's end awaits alone my longing to enfold
In waves of song so sweet and comforting soft as Love's swell
Verses living streams of light surrounding darkness with a wall
Creating wings shining so bright just like Heaven's wherewithalÂ
Beckoning articulate fingers reaching for me
Late night passages opening covers of the sea,
