Heavenly Souls
There is courage living in the core of your life
A slender spring of steely light, a posture none may break,
A storied tree with branches old as the sky shelters your soul
Which breathes with heavenly song and praises
Those wounded with suffering by bandages of pain
Your love the healing medicine, your laughter the rain,
There is holiness in your heart of hearts Peace, prayer
Love you bring to suffering, a holy affair.
