Thoughts From The Rabbit Hole
If all I ever knew was lonely blue
If all I ever did was long for you
Don't suppose the time would become shorter
A psychological disorder,
If you lit a fuse, a living wire tripped
My true desire light through your fingers slipped
Sea of souls you sang such soft refrain
Unto my shipwrecked strand of isle human,
Finding true every loss, a gain
The pain appears, a flash in the pan,
If all I ever did was long for you
All my breaths and days in time expire
If all I ever knew was lonely blue
Waiting for you to trip the wire
Asleep in cycles of drifting spin
Waiting for Heaven to lift me in
A perfect mien is yours to give
Just the revive I need to live
A gift of kind a certain mind you bring
Is why I love you more than anything
The story just as given to this reporter
About my psychological disorder. . ..
