Long To Fall
It does not take long to fall the way we fellThe world will always be the way it always was,
Say the same prayer for you today, I always have and always will
Carry this wishful torch of want and hope you pray the same way,
For Heaven holds you close in ways I may only dream I could
I would awake one morning inside a new page to find you near
It is an old and mythic story made to tell
After winter has had it's say and gone the way of fear
A path appears or disappears where to, that is unclear
Time to reflect upon Heaven and Hell
It does not take long to fall the way I fell, (in love with you)
