In The Summer Air
In the summer air, oh I feel your hair
Flowing like light over my skin sighs
Lost in omniscient bliss an oasis of kisses
Smiles in clear desert pools reflecting unfathomable skies
Where love dances for sheer joy and sings poetry about your eyes,
They see the day trains and rivers run on tracks and banks
How the spirits in clay houses roughly play at form
In the substance of your mind my faith weathers the storm,
Oh the nuance and tone, timbrels, bells and chimes in tune
You who move so fair, dancing on the stair
Essence of flight, thousand and one highs
In the summer air, oh I feel your hair
