Dragonflys

Dragonflys know why they fly
Like iridescent bolts of blurry blue
Through rays of light changing hue
Weightless biplane wings apply
With slightest angle hover height
Switches place and plane just like that
For dragonflys know where it's at
Carrying wonder as their freight

Dragonflies have always fascinated me... and as a kid, for some reason, kids around me always said they were likely to burst your eyes and make you blind. How strange, eh. Anyway, I digress :) Enjoyed these lines here, a colorful capture of nature. Line 2 caught my imagination, too.

I love to watch dragon flies and I love your poem about them. Nice rhyming and describes them well.
