SUMMER TIME RAMSGATE

Heat gone some ware else
Rainy clouds overhead
Yes it's summer time
In old Ramsgate town
Evrey one is miserable
Aint that a booger!

Sounds like Seattle, where I grew up. What's funny is that, if the sun is out too many days in a row, people become miserable again, wishing that it would rain.
