Always Tomorrow
I guess today will come and goThe sun will rise, the world awake
And all around the give and take
People live and die as they do.
Oh there is always tomorrow
To reach and touch a dream still beyond reach
To hold the woman with a beautiful soul burning in her eyes
There is everything to do before you do nothing
Just wait, she is looking through the mirror as your ghost drifts by
See her translucent fingers spread open like an anemone of reflections deep
Rising like a roaring Phoenix from unknown, limitless depths of the sea,
She paces the light from other worlds beyond your kin to race you here
Into today to find you make what you may think so
I guess today will come and go
Oh, there is alway tomorrow...
