Politicians are nothing more than warped tailors
With a compulsive obsession to alter reality
To have it suit something other
Than that in which they profess to believe.

Ha, for sure. So much hypocrisy and dishonesty, or so it sure seems that way to me observing these clowns. They seem so out of touch with the reality of the general population. Maybe if their cushy jobs weren't so well-paid they'd have a different outlook on how most live... and maybe they wouldn't be so driven to make their personal agendas a priority. I'm not in their position, just as they're definitely not in mine... but I like to think that I wouldn't be so selfish and callous were I in their position. But what do I know, eh. These are the thoughts prompted in mind with your words here.
