WHERES THE GLORY THEN? (THOUGHTS ON WORLD WAR ONE)
The war dead , all came back , and asked , the goatherd great and good , politiciansAnd all religions , known then and now , given thanks , saying of the GLORY'S dead
Funny that , pardon us for throwing up! They said were doing their '' GODS work!
'' We the dead of all your wars '' , '' Have a questan to ask , '' , '' NAY, DEMAND '' one voice , was heard to say
'' Yes , mate '' , '' Demand to know '' , ''' Wheres the glory '' , '' they told us way back
when'' , '' We'd have now we are dead '' , '' seems to us all hear '' , '' kind of late being , ours to have '' , '' kind of seems , death was all we got! '' , '' out of YOUR BLOODY WARS! ''.
