One could think that this happened ages ago like when my grandma told me that she never enjoyed sex she just made a hole in her underwear for when her husband came home from the tavern, drunk. But yes in some countries when the women are not financially independent it still happens but this can be an everyday occurrence for women that live in an abusive relationship Rich or poor it doesn't matter.
