Wear Away
The face we wearWill wear away one day
A tear a smile another mile to pay,
If you are here or there
Just stay somewhere or leave a while
Leaves leave the tree and fall in the fall
Unto the earth return
Into an earthen urn
While the sun does burn
What death to fear?
Chasing our hopes away
My Love, I swear
The face we wear
Will wear away one day.
