This series takes place in the (early) 70's.
Ch. 1: All Is Not As It Seems
Had they asked Jackson's dog, Jax,
he would have said
it was not Jackson Smith-Cotton
that disappeared that day,
but Dewy, Jackson's identical twin.
The river was dragged, the plane recovered,
not the body. An accident, or so it seemed.
The memorial service was modest,
a wreath, a gesture to the river. It was cold.
No one but Jax
knew that Dewey and Jackson
had arranged a switch-a-roo two years earlier,
when Jackson was slated by the DEA for undercover work,
and Jax wasn’t talking.
