THEARS THIS CAT
When walking home I met a cat - or a moggy as we say in the SouthBack with parts that are white
Now I like so say '' pleased to me you , Moggy '' , '' hows it going? ''
Now I recon cats can understand human - no problem at all
Some even talk back - I recon
As I got closer - the Moggy - looked rather thin - even - skinny
All skin and bone - did not look well at all to me
I made a fuss - talked a while - while stroking my new friend
The moggy , spoke with me - saying '' I'm fine - thank you ''
''It's me humans! '' , Change the brand of cat grub! ''
''And I am not happy - not happy at all! ''
'' So I'm on hunger strike! '' , '' wont be long now!
'' Then me humans'' - '' will see their mistake! ''
I wished my new moggy friend good luck - went on my way
The next day - we spotted each other
Moggy ran a long the low wall - we met - arriving at the same time
The end of the wall
We made a fuss of each other - as long a part old friends
''Your looking better , Mog '' ( being friendly like )
'' Aye! '' , '' Me humans - got the message - like ''
Mog , were one happy cat - full of beans!
I smiled with Mog , we laugh how we laughed!
We made a fuss of each other - friends well met
