Will Be Home
Do you know how much I always loved youThe daring the caring the sharing sea-faring sailor lost and gone
In the strange nights filled with frost lights when the waves were raging high
Heard your song so soft and strong, calling, calling calling "Come to me, you will be home."
Do you know I never gave up, not for an instant not for the stars
You were my dream my hope my shining siren unearthly lovely, fair
The way the waves like musical notes sang heavens through your hair,
Islands woven charms and spells stranding clippers beyond the parallels
Worlds were rising from the mythic deep
Slender arms holding close in my sleep,
Do you know how much I wrestled The Night fighting for The Day
Just to find the hidden kingdom of your lock to throw away my key
Was scripted in inverse lines of rhyming rhythms woven patterns of release
My heart my spirit soul into the mystic garden leaves of your astral universe
Were my only ever wanting wish true,
The daring caring the sharing sea-faring sailor lost and gone
Do you know how much I always loved you
Heard your song so soft and strong, calling calling calling "Come to me, you will be Home. "
