Forevermore (A Petrarchan Sonnet)
|
|
2007-06-16 This isn't fair! I do my best to sneer at love poems, because 99% of them are crud. You are at the top of the 1% that are fine at writing them.

2006-12-04 Those Frost giantssaid they'd be back. Thomas I shot from the hip, and asked Thomas Perdue something I have been wanting to ask you. That bloody clerk? I was wondering if you had any particular figure in mind? It's not a problem if you want to keep it a secret, it adds to the mystery. it may even be better if we all have our own candidates for the role. I think your clerk poems would make a good book some day.
Take care
dave.

Just a brave face
|
|
2006-12-03 A good write. The first words that come to mind are "get used to it kid" We are compelled to wear a series of masks on this stage world just to survive. It's what is inside that counts.
Dave.

2006-11-26 I'm off to bed now. I stayed at the computor in hopes of finding a really good poem before I turned in. I found a brilliant one. It even mentions me.. the freckly little red head with too much intuition. It rocks and rolls and tumbles and flows. the imagery is fantastic the structure is perfect. I am heartened and inspired, so I'm off to sleep now.
Thanks.
