Of course it’s Sylvia Plath, who else.

Sylvia

Tormented heart
Filled with pain
You ached for love
To heal your wounds
But found quicksand
On a forsaken shore

Torn by self doubt
You never knew
The recognition
You deserved
But your true beauty
Shines at last

Your compassion, and Sylvia's journey from "Tormented heart" to the happier ending of the poem, makes this a poem to touch the heart.
