This one I started on the 4th December in order to have it ready for the anaversery of the passing of my wife Elaine, after editing I feel it's ready to put out there on facebook to all my freinds on the 10th December.
since I saw you last,
Each year seems a lifetime,
seconds, minutes, hours, slowly dragging past
I remember back when I held your hand
pleading and praying you not to go,
suddenly the room was filled
with a majestic heavenly glow
Then making your way to checking in
at heavens reception desk
you were glancing back and smiling
knowing you’d done your best
And now as four years have passed
I have no reason to fear
as you're nudging and reminding me
your spirit will always be here.
God Bless and Rest.
