He did surprise her by his decision of leaving her . As they were saying goodbye , it began to rain in the sky and in her heart.

6) It's not raining

Yeah you are right . It is not raining.
It is crying.
No, it is writing what am hiding.
Oh!!! The sky is bleeding of what am concealing.
It's marking the end of the start or,
The start of the end,
Or posting letters I couldn't send.
It's weeping for the loss
I can never compensate.
Of the pain, I have, in the future to take.
Of the fact, I have to face day after day
That you will be no longer in my life,
Kiss my hands tenderly as the sun shines,
And cuddle me softly as a little child.
I will miss your intimate talk.
An every place we've visited both.
That's why it is raining heavily upon my heart.
It's pouring with arrows that hurt my side.

From my perspective, I would say to you that hitherto shall ye go, but no further. His fixed purpose is not the destruction, but the instruction of His people. Wisdom hangs up the thermometer at the furnace mouth, and regulates the heat. The limit is encouragingly comprehensive. The God of providence has limited the time, manner, intensity, repetition and the effects of all our sickness; each throb is decreed, each sleepless hour is predestinated, each relapse ordained, each depression of spirit foreknown, and each sanctifying result eternally purposed. Nothing great or small escapes the ordinary hand of Him who number the hairs of our head. Perhaps our prayer should be: "Father, take this cup from me, but not my will, let Thy will be done." Your soul is etched in this epistle!

I love the dialog-form this is written in , it makes me close to the text . Then you even wrote with rhythm and rhymes , still keeping the reader close ... that is art . Very well done .

goodbyes are so hard... even more so when they are unexpected like that... you get that feeling of painful shock across very well here... this brings memories to mind... perfect depiction of your feelings using the weather which represents the silent drowning your heart endured at that moment... very good and effective text... :f xx
