Back Then....
How I found outWas not very wise
For now I see the truth
A malicious person who tells lies
We met at the park
Everything was fine
I was about to embark
On a quest to make her mine
I suceeded, finally together
My heart now feeling light as a feather
Our new relationship grew and grew
You felt it also, I also did too
Years had passed, still going strong
No reason to suspect something was wrong
Until your story changed from day to day
My bright world now a shade of grey
Rumours had spread, secrets and lies
My doubt in these things was my biggest surprise
To confirm their truth, I would go spy
To leave my suspicions high and dry
So I followed you up and down
The infested streets of downtown
Hand in hand you made your way
Into the sunset sky without delay
Evening was here, I watched the door
Who knew trusting you would be such a chore
You came in and smiled at me
I could see the lie inside, I couldn't agree
I confronted you with the facts
You quickly tried to explain
And cover up you tracks
Which you couldn't mantain
It was over, we were through
You packed your bags and said adieu
My doubt now gone, The air now clear
New adventures, for me, to appear
How I found out
