Our strive to drive for perfection,
Is what leads to deception.

We mirror intentions set by the nation.
Secrets and lies combined with temptation.

Morals reduced to the lowest bar.
By todays standards not so bizarre.

Submission dominant; no other choice.
Our opinions silenced as well as our voice.

These words are precise and terse.
Feel the emotion in every verse.
