Colorful Contrast

The day and night
Do duel or fight
For one to thrive
And the other to take a dive

Day with its colors
Of orange and yellow
The fire within
The feeling quite mellow

Night with its darkness
Peace for the hour
Cool summer nights
Star shaped flower

Each with its beauty
Yet one must stand
Triumph over the other
A line in the sand

Maybe a truce
Would be of some use
So each one can show
Its nice, subtle glow

So sunrise and sunset
Is the end of this bet
Contrast is so easy to see

What lightforms can do
When each one prusue
The action to finally agree

.
There is no morning without the dawn, nor night without the sunset before; The shades and hues of each we share,
In their victory lets both of them adore.

Sorry for that Is it enough to say your words were inspiring? :o)
