When we love some1 that doesn't me that we delete or underestimate ourselves. We should espress rejection, disagreement or discontent as long as we are not in peace with our soulmates'opinions.


12) My 1st No

Sorry but today you're gonna hear my first No!!
Many years, I have said Yes.
Agreed and nodded my head.
I didn't argue.
I just surrendered even when it seemed odd.
And the price I paid ,was more than I could bear.
Which brought the relation to such discomfort.
Since I had to bury what I felt inside,
Wore a smiley face when deep in my heart;
Was battered as a broken glass.
But not Today!!
I will no longer sacrifice for your sake.
Bearing the heavy burden again and again.
I won't be satisfied in my life,
Unless you hear my voice saying No.
No, no , and no more
