This is for my friend Carole, who didn't have the best summer. Im glad to see that everything is ok. : )

A Learning Journey

Family situations caused you to roam
Outside of your boundaries, outside of your home
Pressure was high and you needed release
From the opposition, a little peace

Your campanion was by your side
The one you loved, with whom you'd never divivde
Your alience with; your cove from the storm
The person who would keep you safe and warm

You felt the need to stay alone
From your friends, family and the phone
So you left the state for quite a while
Maybe you'd regain your sunny smile

Months had passed and the battle was through
You figured out what you would do
Come back home to the life before
Or stay where you were and live once more

The decision was made and you came back to the place
Where you once had a frown on your face
All was well and you had made amends
With the people you loved and your friends

We all need space sometimes to figure out who and what we are to do with a path that sometimes seem blurry. Great piece!
