41) Middle East Bleeds

Middle East becomes the feast.
And the prey that each hungry wants to eat.
It bleeds and screams,
Yet only the screens can feel its grief.
For the whole world is watching.
Towards its event, pays no caution.

While East is searching for an answer.
Among the bodies,
Amid the pain,
Behind the bars of torture,
It sends a gaze.
It just happens again and again.
You can see it in the orphan's eyes
That are filled with tears.
In the widows owes,
Crippled and those in need.

These destructive weapons,
Will they ever stop?
Those dark clouds,
Need magic to go.
Could the East ever freely breathe?
Without one sharing his bite,
Crossing his land and
Fighting his right.
Without shooting and
Taking away his life.

Why invasion and destruction
Is a must?
Who can ever make it shut?

Dear Amanda ,your words are so deep and full of painful facts. And as i am reading i thought you are really live in such pain, but later i discovered that your being an honest human as you are,is the essence of your honesty. With love ''moon smile''

i share the same sentiments... i think war is simply appalling... seems to me the priorities get cross-wired along the way, and the motives for the wars are even more incomprehensive... hard to justify so much destruction and human suffering... a strong text... *hugs* xx
