day breaks
silentskyscapes
drifting
by
as
we
lie
and
fly
across
the plains
of
our own
imaginings
where
azure
sky
clouds
indigo
set forth
against
the
reddening glow
of
eventime's
awakenings
I kiss you
tender
on the lips
that glisten
in the
mistening morn
and
as we
shake
ourselves
anew
to view
the dawn's
first
cautious
light
the birds
stop
singing
day
breaks
