just for me
rattlingand
roaring
down
the lane
across
the moor
with
Jimmy Spain
we buck
and brake
as rocks
and rams
rear
into view
as gears
grind hard
and doors
slide
open
shut
as steep
incline
gives way
to
gentle
ford
my life
seems short
these fifty
years
as on
the edge
of my
known world
he waves
his arms
a point
to make
and leaves
the steering
to God
yet
I
am not
afraid
for down
the valley
cross that
sea
you
are
waiting
yes
You
are
waiting
just
for
me
