79) Sorry for your Friendship

Can days make some hearts harder!!!!!
To the extent that If they saw your face,
Will ignore and no hands will wave.
I can hardly believe that one day she was dear.
Shared with me life bit by bit,
And meals bite by bite.
Was it friendship we had my friend;
Or is the hardship that did end everything.
I expected to find one last bond,
But It seems that you didn mind walking alone.
I failed to tell why your are still mad.
How easily you forgot all our good times, now.
I think it's just time to say goodbye
And stop to deny.

makes me think of friendship's cares wasted on an inconsiderate individual we thought was a friend... it's a sort of betrayal that is really difficult to surpass, well is for me when i realize i've been abused and used by a thought-to-be friend... i find you expressed the feelings of it down-pat, perfectly... sorry you went through that though.. :f *hugs* xx

Some friendships come and go through our lives - we drift apart - or our lifestyles and attitudes change. Sometimes its silly jealousies that get in the way. One of my oldest friends turned on me when I was pregnant with my sons and for years we didn't speak. Then suddenly she got in touch with me and asked me to be her bridesmaid at her wedding and since then we've been close. In the end I never said anything, just was glad to have her back as a friend again. She now has two beautiful daughters
