I deserve all that is ,

Not worthy of much ,

That is.

It comes as great relieve ,

To know why ,

The pain of memories return ,

Cut deep as if just happened the day

Before ,

But now I know ,

Though the cuts , cut so deep ,

Though wounds heal , scars remain ,

Throb , excruciating pain ,

At least now I know why ,

I can bear the pain ,

Knowing the why fore's ,

I'll go on ,

Cant undo all that was dun ,

But at least insure no more is dun.
