Lost in a foreign land
A girl from another land,In desperate need of a helpful hand,
What you say she cannot understand,
A devot who had been disband.
Through unknown streets,
Far and long,
With unknown faces sprinting,
All along.
A desperado in toto desolation,
Desponding company in another nation,
Trouvaille came a long dark man,
To detain her from depair.
An angel who tout de suite,
Brought a smile upon her face,
So crooked,
Brought confidence in her diffident self,
Taught her how to live life,
And then was gone,
With a blink of an eye.
She searched for him,
For hours on the road,
Which forever went on,
But lo! Not even his shadow could be found.
That night when she looked up to the stars,
A familiar face had sparkled,
Upon the night as dark as coal and cold as ice,
A blanket was sent down from the sky,
Wrap yourself with it,
He said that night,
Whenever you feel down,
Look up to me,
And find yourself smiling happily.
