There is a traditional Catholic prayer for the dead which starts "In Paradisum". This conveys the same notion for any religion.
In Paradisum non-denominational
May she be led to a place of happiness and peace;
May she be greeted with open arms by those who have gone before; and
May they lead her to the Presence.
May she be received by all who dwell in that place as one of them; and
May she have eternal rest.
