A Rhyme Royal for the New Year
2009-03-24 I've yet to attempt writing a rhyme royal, but after reading your wonderful poem, I'd like to give it a go. Your rhythm and rhyme are flawless, and this verse is really a great read.

2009-03-24 I have written several poems on the irrepressibility of the human spirit that I greatly admire, so I really loved reading and pondering your poignant poem that expresses so eloquently a
positive resiliency in the face of tragic circumstances.

Children of a Lesser God- Bonded Labourers

2007-01-20 A remarkably compassionate poem written straight from the heart. Thanks so much for lending your very eloquent and deeply human voice to those unable to speak for themselves due to circumstances beyond their control. You really have a remarkable poetic talent, and are obviously using it for all the right reasons.
Keep up the marvelous work,

The afterlife of undying lovers

2007-01-13 Extremely beautiful. This reminds me of a quote from the Song of Solomon, 'Love is stronger than death; Passion fiercer than the grave'. Thanks so much for sharing this eternal truth. A lovely lyrical poem which was a pleasure to read and savor.

Requiem of Madness
2007-01-12 Excellent poem, Teala. This reminds me of someone I know who was suffering from temporary drug-induced psychosis, who vandalized his own house by spray painting his picket fence with the words, " I Don't Care About Mars!' and 'Beware Of Frog', in cobalt-blue paint. Needless to say, his girlfriend wasn't too pleased when she returned from her weekend vacation. Anyway, I really admire your poetic style, which is very original and uiniquely your own.
Keep up the wonderful work,

Halloween Memories
2007-01-06 josephus, this is one of the best poems on Halloween that I have ever read. I love the bucolic and rustic atmosphere and your highly original and memorable imagery. This poem brings to mind bonfires in the fields, harvest festivals, and masquerading mummers of olde, as opposed to the tacky plastic modern Halloween in the suburbs. Wonder filled stuff!
Best Wishes,

Obiviously Superior then us
2007-01-04 I couldn't agree more, Liz. Everybody has the right to express themselves in their own individual voice and style, and who on earth has the right to criticize what comes from someone's heart and mind. There really is no right or wrong in poetry, as far as I am concerned, and I appreciate your speaking out for those who have been criticized by the ivory tower, academic snobs out there.
