e-lationship

Oh my, another new word for Webster's 'e-lationships' - kind of a interesting play on 'elation' as well - was that intended??

The violet

Short but sweetly poignant, strong imagery within as well.

The Honeysuckle And The Rose by M.A.Meddings

Endearing, although not sure each line needs to be capitalized. It threw me off when reading. However, I did quite enjoy the story here.

How Falls the Night, Fine Sir?

As Nepenthes quoted, it reminded me of the flow of Frost's work (one of my all-time favorite poets). So soothing and lovely!

I am just a boy...

I get this fragile, delicate feel when I read this. Love the ending especially.

On my lips

Believe you are missing a "s" in pressure. Aside from that, this was tastefully done, very sensual yet hot. Kudos!

Writer's Block

ahhhh, blue screen of death... I enjoyed this alot!

An excellent nonet coupled with your usual knack for alliteration, I'm glad I found this one!

Mary's Song

Your fun, perky style is so refreshing. It's a nice change of pace from what many (myself included) poets write. I envy the spirit of whimsy who is your muse! :)

Julie's Road

"take one step at a time my baby blue;
the fast lane is under construction.
dawn sires Arizona sunshine for you."

That is just one snippet of perfection. I love how easily you seem to write, using raw energy and words that just meld together perfectly.

Love Without End

Really liked the line "floating across moon shadows", excellent visual. Also enjoy the soft, gentle flow to this.

Reality's delusion

"awakening children singing hymns glorifying death" - This line in particular really catches my attention. The work entire is pointed and speaks but this line...just keep going back to it.

Crimson Asphalt

Severe imagery - great usage to really paint a picture. I could envision easily, specially "blood and body parts fusing roadway". Chilling.
