I thought I'd comment here to clarify..
I was just trying to describing that nervous feeling you get when you can almost feel your heart in your throat and it takes over, it becomes a person in itself...a living breathing person who can sit there with his tie undone and hair unkempt and will only go away if you swallow him whole and face your fear.
