To miss and to yearn for someone in this manner are very strong feelings and your words get them across clearly. L9-L10 create an emphasis as to how important and needed this person is. This reminds me of a time when my love and I couldn't be together for a while and I felt exactly the way you're describing it. Very nice, thanks.

What a sweet story! I love how your parents come alive from your words. I get a picture of them, each with their position on the matter. It makes me smile. I have 4 first names, so 34 letters in total to write out my complete name... it's ridiculous. My parents were feeling inspired that day lol Anyway, I digress. I enjoyed this very much :)

Well... my lovey-dovey of 14 years doesn't have those complications ;) but I know what you mean. Romantic love can get pretty messy at times! As for friendships, I agree with your expressed sentiments here, they can be very strong, and in some measures less complicated. An ode to friendship, I like it!
