Take the Reins
What tales you spin in your despair,How quietly have you shelved your spirits,
That sit despondent in your care
Having drained you of your merits
Where do you walk in shadowed realms
Hiding in the prison cells
You strove so hard to hear that knell
That tolling, singing, screaming bell
How curse you, curse you!
Charon's oar,
that crawls along the icy floor
Sifting through the colden corpses
Of your woe, and
Oh!
Lo, Behold your judgement
Laden with your love abundant
Shackled down with cruelly chains
Now take the reins, take the reins!
