Lost and found

 

 

Been living most of my life

feeling lost

 

~searching~

 

Taking the wrong turns

been burned

Thinking I´ve finally

found my way in life

Then been crushed

down to the underground

Been hurt

emotionally cut with a knife

 

But then something happened

Just like that

 

~finally~

 

All of a sudden

I was starting to make

some sense with what

I was trying to say

 

I found it

or it found me

 

Maybe it was there

all along

 

But it was an immediate

chemistry

 

I found my heart

I say the same as the other commentators: a touching text, expressing feelings we all can somehow recognize also in our lives!

And you found yourself again too! We lose ourselves sometimes as women, you are a lucky woman to have found yourself and love all at once. Just remember to not lose you again. Great poem, really enjoyed it's comforting message.
