A dream 2 - Grasslands
Sun scorched grasslandsGolden and parched
Secreted behind hedges
Defended by fences
Scarred by carcasses
Torsos devoid of limbs
Painted with glossy blood
smeared with bones and entrails
uniformed in green and leather
Foreshadowing the future
Solitary white van
industrial tools burden
rusted and ancient
surrounded by men
watching and waiting
Grey sky and stormy clouds
Billowing with the bloat
an encore of peace
Spiraling tornadoes
The prelude of nightmares
