Yes, it requires courage to be true and live with the experiences. I agree that we try to mask a lot of feelings based on situation. Being true to oneself is a completely different level of ideology. People tend to change their truth constantly to suit them self(to make them self happy). It's an easy way.
All I am trying to say is that moving on should not be based on leaving behind certain things, both can co-exist.
True, it's personal and depends how we see it. Life is beautiful only by cherishing life(it's all kinds of emotion which I meant here by life).
