thoughts of beauty that accompany the arrival of summer....
written late 2007
in the deep midnight blue...
in no way diminished of its beauty
by the myriad of stars
that scatter the expance of the night...
cradled in sequin studded velvet,
lovingly warm and safe within the Universe.
The moon smiling down
sharing our thoughts...
the breeze as a whisper
tickling, gently stirring the soft grass
as it stirs our sences;
the scent of Jasmine and Lilies
filling our minds with mysticism
opening us up to the arrival of summer.

Lunar Visions
The moon hanging clear and brightin the deep midnight blue...
in no way diminished of its beauty
by the myriad of stars
that scatter the expance of the night...
cradled in sequin studded velvet,
lovingly warm and safe within the Universe.
The moon smiling down
sharing our thoughts...
the breeze as a whisper
tickling, gently stirring the soft grass
as it stirs our sences;
the scent of Jasmine and Lilies
filling our minds with mysticism
opening us up to the arrival of summer.
