2009-03-15 Thanks :) It is just so amazing to know Him, and to ponder His love.

Eyes in My Heart

2009-03-01 Thank you all so much... I hadn't been online in a while and I completely missed these comments!! In the end the moon was right, but the answer wasn't what I was expecting haha... I may write a sequel to this one in a bit, but I have to see whether I feel the inspiration or not. In any case, thank you!!!

Who? (limerick, almost)
2008-11-09 no kidding! Congrats!
Interesting the way you put it... what I've been learning in Int'l relations is that power is EVERYTHING... it's only recently that the liberal ideals/organizations are getting bigger and having more power.

Hero of War
2008-11-09 Joe, this portrays all soldiers that dedicate their lives to protect us as torturers! They are not. The amount that do what you say here as comparison to the amount that does truly heroic things are so different.

The Oh Poem
2008-01-25 No, I'm not, thanks. I'm just like this, sorry if you can't understand that some poetic skill is natural, not drug-induced.
Thanks for the comment, but I am not on drugs- never have and never will.

Set me free (song)
2007-10-26 hey joe are you writing at least chords to these songs? Because if you are I would like to have the music. I could diddle around on the piano and see if I can come up with more to add (music, that is, not words).

Heart of black with rainbow skin

2007-10-18 I'm speechless. Your poetic talent grows with every single poem. I love how you switch gears halfway through, it so breathes life into it.
Not sure what it's about but, hey! That's not always the point of a poem, eh?
Lies all Lies
2007-09-17 haha I love the first comment. 'Fucking brilliant.'
definitely!!
I love the lilt of "Lies all Lies", it really cuts deep through all that poetic bore- you know, some poems just don't let you take breaths ha

Who are we that ask your help? (silently)

2007-09-09 Comical as always! BRAVO. See... boredom isn't too bad. Boredom is like getting high on poetic inspiration mwahaha.

A puppet in love
2007-09-09 Chilling. Honestly your grasp of angst is so crisp and clear- it's like staring into a cold, clear stream- you see reflections of what you think you know, but it's also distorted with new viewpoints, new facets that you hadn't thought were there.
I love this poem.

Fall away (song)
2007-09-09 whoops being blonde- didn't see the description. Well write it to music, man!!! use yo head. :)

Fall away (song)
2007-09-09 Does this have music attached to it? Or is it just written in song form?
(if so can I have the music?)
Almost romance

Tree Of Love
2007-05-11 How lovely... I'd love to use this poem as an inscription on something, like a photo of a tree or leaf... gorgeously written. *applauds*

Miracles Made (a story of giving)
2007-04-22 What a beautiful poem.
I can really tell how after the 6 lines that it suddenly comes to life... and just gets more lovely from there. Almost like a bud springing open!

2007-03-24 Beautiful and so heartfelt, it really cuts deep.
A World Of Darkness
2007-03-24 Interesting thought... almost scripture. If you don't know how bad bad is, how would you know how good good is? Definitely a worthy contemplation.
Alone At The Beach
2007-03-24 This is so sad and melancholy... how beautiful.
Star fisherman
2007-03-24 Very sentimental and sweet, but not saccharine.
Interesting how you worked with the grammar on the section:
He eat the fish he caught . . .
drinking the rainwater
he never move many meter
It really sets off your mind, keeps you engaged in the center of the poem, where there's a risk of losing the readers' attention. Well done!
