ABOUT ME

I’m a college bound prep
Without my own clique,
I’m a country born boy,
I aint no dang hick!
I’m an emo of course,
But I never do cut,
A jock perhaps,
Without all the strut.
I’m a drama-type nerd
Who doesn't like acting,
A computer geek
That’s bad at subtracting.
I’m certainly gothic
Just afraid of the night,
I’m a punk I am sure,
Who never will fight.
I’m an urban gentleman
Without nice attire,
A real pyrotechnic
Who quite dislikes fire.
I’m a liberal weenie
With a cross my motif,
I'm a straight edge rocker,
But I like my beef.
I’m a slacker you see,
With little indiscretion,
A poet with not enough
Crippling depression.
An artistic soul
That can’t paint for beans,
An aspiring writer
Not on nicotine.
I am not competitive!
(I hate to be last),
I have self esteem issues,
But my mind is quite fast.
I love to travel,
But miss my old home,
I hate to sound prideful,
Yet I’m writing this poem.
I’m a thinker, a hoper,
A prayer, a moper,
A modern musician
Who loves a mortician
I’m straight but accepting
Christian un-rejecting

If you find a label that describes me
Please be sure and notify me.
